Monday Mailbox

Just one book came this week but it looks like a goodie. This past week's mailbox arrival:

The Evening Chorus by Helen Humphreys came from Mariner.

Three people whose lives are forever changed by WWII and the peace that follows it, this looks amazing.

If you'd like to see the marvelous goodies in other people's mailboxes, make sure to visit Mailbox Monday and have fun seeing how we are all doing our part to keep the USPS and delivery services viable.

  5. Hi Kristen,

This books sounds excellent and my immediate reaction is to rush out and add it to my 'Want To Read' list. However, after checking out the author a little more thoroughly, all of her previous books are also deserving of a review place, so it has to be a case of 'all or nothing'!

The characters sound so engaging, but when you consider that Helen has also had 4 books of poetry published, then that pretty much says it all!

Tough decisions to be made here, thanks for sharing :)

    Yvonne.
