After a week with no bookish mail, it was delightful to find goodies in my mailbox again. This past week's mailbox arrival:

How could the story about a woman flees her life in Chicago for Puerto Rico after receiving a cancer diagnosis on the same day that her husband comes out to her be anything but crazy and interesting?
Rooville by Julie Long came from Book Sparks PR for a blog tour.
When a disappointed weatherman returns home from California to the small town his family founded, he discovers that the town is now the center of all things alternative and everything changes when he himself falls for a levitating yogi. This sounds completely kooky and fun to me.
Broken Homes and Gardens by Rebecca Kelley came from me for me.
Romantic comedy with a punny title, be still my heart! This one about a couple who lives together, sometimes in love and sometimes not, sounds delicious and charming.
Come, Tell Me How You Live by Agatha Christie Mallowan came from me for me.
Since I am too cowardly to read her mysteries, this memoir of traveling with her husband on an archaeological dig in Syria and Iraq sounds entrancing.
Half Girlfriend by Chetan Bhagat came from me for me.
I like Bollywood on the screen, why not Bollywood on the page? And I can't wait to figure out what a half girlfriend is.
