It's Monday! What Are You Reading?

If Christmas is a ship, mine is sinking! I have a long list of tasks to do to be even close to ready for the holiday. That fact combined with the fact that I was sick and cruddy feeling (15+ hours of sleep one day) means I got almost no reading in again this week. Once I get all gifts purchased though, I should have loads of reading time while I stand in line at the Post Office to send them. :-P In any case, I miss my books dreadfully! This meme is hosted by Kathryn at Reading Date.

Books I completed this past week are:

A Walk Across America by Peter Jenkins

Bookmarks are still living in the middle of:

The Resurrectionist by Jack O'Connell
The Pursuit of Love and Love in a Cold Climate by Nancy Mitford

  1. Good luck at getting all your Christmas stuff done. I am a huge fan of gift cards - both giving and getting - so my shopping is relatively easy. Here is what I did last week. Happy reading!

  2. I didn't know you were sick! I strongly recommend doing what I did: let the nice people at Park Road books do your wrapping and shipping for you. Yes, that means all the gifts you give will be books but I feel sure that's not a problem for you!

  3. You have a big to do list but I hope you are feeling better.

  4. While I love the holidays, I do hate how they're crammed so close together and slam us with so much to do in so little time. Good luck to you. I'm dragging my heels on finishing up the last handknit gift and I still have baking plans as well to get going.

  5. I am amazed when folks can read more than one book at a time. :)

    ENJOY your week.

I love to hear what you think, especially so I know I'm not just whistling into the wind here at my computer.
